Kevin arrived on time and worked very hard to unclog the bathroom sink and tub drains. At one point, the tool he was using broke and he had to go buy a new one to finish the job. Well done!

Jon was sent in response of a home inspection in prep of a sale. Jon was very thorough in reviewing the report to better understanding the full requirement and set about making corrections. He also found other problems within the insides of the HVAC and took corrective action to ensure the system would work well for the next owners. Jon was very professional and courteous.

I had a list of plumbing actions from a housing inspection in prep for a sale. I didn't think all actions would be completed in one day, however Bill was very knowledgeable of what had to be done, and very efficient in his approach. All actions were completed in one afternoon, even replacing a very old concrete washtub sink!

At the price we paid, for the time it took, and for the parts needed, it cost about $300 to $350 per hour labor and I thought it was too high. The sink which I bought to be installed by the plumber is not guaranteed and did leak underneath.

I installed a new toto water closet in the hall bathroom.
Customer had a leak coming down into the basement that was coming from the cold side handle of a pfister shower valve. Offered to replace valve with a Gerber 3handle valve but customer decided to have it rebuilt instead.
Tech ran cable down three drains. In the upstairs hall bathroom Tech ran 25 feet of cable down the lavy drain. The stoppage was cleared at 15 feet. Also in the same bathroom Tech ran 25 feet of cable down the tub/shower drain. The stoppage was cleared at 20 feet. Tech ran water in both tub and sink to check for stoppage. There is no stoppage in the upstairs hall bathroom. On the main floor powder room Tech ran 25 feet of cable down the lavy drain. The stoppage was cleared at 21 feet. All the drains that was snaked are clear of any stoppage. In the basement Tech repiped a two inch drain line. Tech replaced about 7feet of PVC pipe. Tech checked all work. Work is complete and there are no leaks.
Checked over system found air delivery and distribution systems are clean,checked over all electrical components and connections,verified a/c operations and refrigerant charge,found failing compressor start assist and no surge protection present on indoor system ,quoted repairs and enhancement, uztomer approved ,installed surge protection system on indoor section and replace d failing compressor start assist system on outdoor section,verified operation and returned to service .
Installed customer supplied tub spout.
Old water heater was rusted out at the bottom. I installed a new 40 gal water heater.
Preformed pipe repair on cold side 1/2” line leading from basement to 2 nd level bathroom supply line. Installed FlowTech.
Tech Removed old laundry sink and drain line from the utility room. Tech install new laundry sink and ran a new drain line. There are no leaks and the drain is flowing to code.
Snake lavatory in master bedroom through 1-1/2" trap after clearing line at feet fall in some problem.pipe broke in wall while retrieving cables and had to do minor repair in order connected drain back and test everything is running cleared no leaks job was done and completed
Bill H. I ran my cable about 20 feet down the line and cleared the stoppage. No warranty on the stoppage, we cannot control what goes down the drain. I also installed a new laundry sink. Two year warranty. I removed the old soap stone sink.
My Plumber was called out to the home for a outside hose Bibb came off. My Plumber replace the hose Bibb on the front of the house. Also my Plumber replaced the hose Bibb that is on the side of the house too. All work was done under the house in the crawl space. There are no leaks and the hose Bibb are operating to code. Customer is not interested in the HSP at this time. Customer is saying the home. One year warranty on work and parts.
Installed new 1/2hp garbage disposal. Installed new ADA white elongated TOTO upstairs bathroom.
